Test runs are performed on engines before they are pulled from the truck. Technicians perform the following inspections after the engine has been removed from the truck.
- Inspect camshaft and rollers
- Inspect the rod and main bearings
- Inspect bottom-end
Engines are inspected from top to bottom. Parts are replaced during the inspections if needed. Engines are cleaned and painted before listed to sale. Core is required and priced based on the condition.
